What it does

From the brand's website to the approved email.

Four jobs Sumipost takes off your day, without taking away your control.

  1. // 01 · The style

    Start from the right style

It reads colours, typefaces and logo from the website and turns them into a design system with six templates. No brand book to fill in, no templates to rebuild for every brand.

  2. // 02 · The email

A team of agents writes it, inside your rules

Give the brief: one writes, one critiques, one checks the finished email. Logo, colours and footer stay where you locked them.

November newsletter, four sections: the scent of the month, the raw materials, the perfumer, the atelier evening.
  3. // 03 · The approval

The client approves with a link

The client, or whoever signs off where you work, comments on sections and approves that version, no account needed. No PDFs, no email chains.

  4. // 04 · The code

The code is clean, and it's yours

Readable MJML and HTML ready for email clients, to take to the sending service you already use.

The style, from the website

Colours, typefaces and logo, measured on the site.

No brand book to fill in: one comes out, and the designer has the last word.

What it can't know, it says instead of making it up: for example, that a typeface won't show in every email client.

Templates

6 templatesCarefully made structures that take on the brand's colours, typefaces and logo.

Every template, in any brand's style.

One structure, any brand

Change the brand, the newsletter stays right.

The tokens and the brand's photos change: colours, typefaces, button radius. The structure stays, and stays right.

The rules

You set the rules, the agents keep them.

What you lock, nobody changes, not even a colleague who joined yesterday.

Who it's for

No serious faces. Very serious emails.

On your own you play all four parts. In a team everyone plays theirs, and Sumipost keeps the thread.

AI-generated portraits: they are roles, not people on our team.

Each approval applies to that version:
change something and it starts again.

The contact opens the link, sees the email on desktop and mobile and comments on sections. You can revoke the link whenever you like.

Teams and agencies

Colleagues with their own brands, roles that say who approves and exports, many clients kept apart.

Questions

Questions we often get.

Do I need to write code?

No. Write the brief, the email is built in the editor and you fine-tune it by hand wherever you like. The code is there for anyone who wants to read or change it.

Does it work with my sending service?

Export as MJML, HTML or a ZIP with the images, and import the file into the service you already use.

Can I use it on my own?

Yes. Sign up with your email and work on your brands, your own or your clients'. When you need to, invite colleagues: each one gets in with their own email and sees the brands you assign them.

Does the client need an account to approve?

No. They get a personal link, see the email on desktop and mobile, comment on sections and approve. You can revoke the link at any time.

Can the AI change the client's logo or colours?

Not if you lock them. Brand rules decide what is fixed and what is free, and before export a check flags anything that left the style.

Do you say when the AI is writing?

Yes. Sumipost's agents are AI and we always say so. The photos on this site are AI-generated too, and we say so next to each one.
