A whole case

From an eyewear website to the approved newsletter.

Every screen comes from the app, not from a mockup.

We invented a brand, made its photos and its website, and handed it to Sumipost the way an agency would with a real client.

Brezza, eyewear handmade in Genoa.

Acetate filed by hand in a workshop on via del Campo, the Ligurian coast in every photo, a warm voice that speaks to you directly. In November the Levante collection comes out, and it needs a launch newsletter.

Brezza doesn't exist: brand, website, logo and copy are ours, the photos are AI-generated.

Nine steps

From the website to approval, step by step.

Screens come from Sumipost's workspace in development, with a trial account and the interface in English. The image editor is still being translated, so step 8 has no screen yet.

  1. // Step 01

    The client's website

Brezza's website already says it all: a sea blue, a coral for actions, a magazine serif. This is where we start, with no brand book to fill in.

Brezza's home page, the website everything starts from
  2. // Step 02

    The agent reads the brand

It opens the page like a real browser, measures the colours you actually see, recognises the typefaces and finds the logo. What it can't know, it says instead of making it up: here it warns that Work Sans won't show in every email client.

The brand read from the website: logo, page viewed, measured colours and points to check
  3. // Step 03

The designer has the last word

Colours, typefaces, corners, heading weight, voice and words never to write: all in one panel. For Brezza the golden accent, derived from the coral, became sand; and «discount» is off limits.

The panel to correct the brand's colours, typefaces, shapes and voice
  4. // Step 04

    Six templates, already theirs

Six structures come out of the brand: editorial, showcase, minimal, big image, event, bulletin. The logo is in place, the buttons have its shape.

The six templates in Brezza's style
  5. // Step 05

    The newsletter, in the editor

You work on the canvas, block by block, with the campaign photos. Whatever you'd rather not do by hand, you ask the agent for, in words, in the chat.

The editor with the Levante newsletter and a request to the agent
  6. // Step 06

    Checks before sending

We got it wrong on purpose: a version that talks about a discount and drops the mandatory line. Sumipost blocks serious problems before the client sees them.

The checks: missing mandatory line, banned words, a promise the brand doesn't make
  7. // Step 07

The client approves with a link

Chiara, from Brezza, opens a link with no account, comments on parts of the email and approves. Each comment stays attached to the section it's about.

The page the client sees, with comments on sections
  8. // Step 08

    Images, in the same place

The heading on the photo in the brand's typeface, contrast and phone legibility measured as you type, and the agent to ask for a touch-up in words.

The image editor is still being translated into English: this screen will follow when it is done.

  9. // Step 09

    Everything on the desk

What the client is waiting for, what's approved, what to pick up. Every brand in its place, even when there are twenty.

The desk: emails with the client, approved and to resume
