Tokens
You only pay for the AI you use.
A short email costs less than a long one. That's why we don't count emails: we count what the agents actually do, and you see it on the usage screen, brand by brand.

Top-ups
If tokens run out, you top up.
The bigger the top-up, the more tokens you get for each euro: up to 30% more. Use them whenever you like, for 12 months.

Questions
Questions about pricing.
What happens when tokens run out?
The agents stop and tell you, with the day your plan tokens renew. Everything else keeps working: open emails, edit them by hand, send them for review and export them. If you don't want to wait, top up.
Do plan tokens roll over?
No: they renew at the start of each month. Top-ups, instead, last 12 months.
Why tokens and not emails?
Because emails aren't all the same: a short one with two blocks costs less than a long newsletter with photos. With tokens you pay for what the agents actually do.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Sign up with your email, no password: you get 10,000 tokens and up to three brands to try it with a real website.
Can I move from Solo to Agency?
Yes, whenever you like: brands, emails and rules stay where they are, and from there you can invite colleagues.
Do prices include VAT?
No, they exclude VAT.
